Do I need a driving license for the Ca Go?
No, as the bicycle has a maximum speed of 25 km/h, a driving license is not required. However, we explicitly recommend wearing a helmet.
When can I buy my Ca Go?
In Spring 2020 we will release 1.000 Ca Go's for purchase. We have opted for a limited amount to keep the premium quality standards. In Spring 2021 we plan to sell an additional 2.000 bikes.
How do I charge my battery?
Your Ca Go bike comes with a charger. The charger can easily be connected to a household socket (110/220 V). You can read the battery charge level on handlebar display or directly on the battery. Charging can be done either directly on the e-bike or after removing the batteries.
Can I retrofit my Ca Go?
Retrofitting is only possible for attachments, bags, and accessories. Bicycle components such as batteries cannot be retrofitted.
Will I tip over when my bike is fully loaded?
We have designed the Ca Go for maximum safety — the pneumatic kickstand system and EasyGrip help to prevent it from falling over when standing or parking. With our supporting electric drive unit, falling over during the takeoff process is very unlikely. However, please pay attention when loading the Ca Go ensure that the load is placed in the middle and not to one side. This helps you maintain balance.
